Independent Contractor Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Clean Dash LLC ("Company") and the undersigned Cleaner ("Contractor").

Important: This agreement governs the relationship between Clean Dash LLC and independent cleaning contractors. By registering and accepting jobs through the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Independent Contractor Status

Contractor acknowledges they are an independent contractor and not an employee of Clean Dash LLC. Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, expenses, licenses, and insurance.

Scheduling

Contractor may choose which cleaning opportunities to accept and is not required to accept any specific assignment.

Equipment and Supplies

Contractor is responsible for providing and maintaining their own cleaning equipment, supplies, transportation, and mobile phone unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability for Damages

Contractor agrees to exercise reasonable care while performing cleaning services. Contractor shall be solely responsible for any property damage, personal injury, or loss caused by their actions, negligence, or misconduct while performing services.

Indemnification

Contractor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Clean Dash LLC, its owners, officers, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from Contractor's services or conduct.

Insurance

Contractor understands that Clean Dash LLC does not provide workers' compensation, health insurance, vehicle insurance, or liability insurance coverage for Contractor unless expressly stated in writing.

Compliance

Contractor certifies that all information provided during registration is accurate and agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without notice.

Electronic Signature

Contractor acknowledges that electronic signatures are legally binding and enforceable.


By checking the acknowledgment box during registration, you agree that your electronic signature is legally binding.
