Clean Dash uses SMS messaging to communicate with customers and independent cleaners regarding cleaning services and related service activities.
Customers may receive messages regarding appointments, bookings, confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, service updates, and customer support.
Independent cleaners may receive messages regarding available cleaning opportunities, job assignments, scheduling, job details, service updates, and other communications necessary to coordinate cleaning services.
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and separately checking the SMS consent option, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Clean Dash regarding the services and communications described above.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing cleaning services or accepting cleaning jobs.
SMS consent must be provided separately from acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Message frequency varies depending on your activity with Clean Dash, including appointments, bookings, job opportunities, assignments, scheduling, and service-related communications.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may stop receiving Clean Dash SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a Clean Dash text message.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable Clean Dash messaging program unless you choose to opt in again.

SMS messages are intended to help coordinate Clean Dash services and are not a substitute for reviewing your Clean Dash account, booking information, or other official service documentation.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
